Question 1

What areas does Dell J Cleaning serve?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Athens, GA and serve communities within about 50 to 60 miles, including Sandy Springs, Monroe, Roswell, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Jefferson and Everton. We stay outside downtown Atlanta so we can arrive reliably on time. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, give us a call and we will let you know.

Question 2

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our core services are Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Shampoo services, Move-in / Move-out and Post construction cleaning. We also clean Air Bnb / Rentals and Offices. Every service can be tailored to your space, and services can be combined, for example adding carpet shampooing to a move-out clean.

Question 3

Who will be cleaning my home or business?

Accepted Answer

Dell J Cleaning is a solo, owner-operated business with no employees. The owner, Girona Scott, personally completes every clean. That means the same trusted person every visit, direct communication and a consistent standard of work that does not change from one visit to the next.

Question 4

What are your business hours?

Accepted Answer

We are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, on request. Weekend post construction cleaning and other contract work is by appointment only. Call to discuss the time that works best for you and we will do our best to fit your schedule.

Question 5

What should I expect during a cleaning visit?

Accepted Answer

Every visit follows the same process. We arrive at your scheduled time, do a walk-through to review the space and any special requests, clean all agreed-upon areas according to your service, and complete a final check before leaving. Payment is completed as agreed, and if you have any concerns afterwards, just contact us and we will be happy to help.

Question 6

Do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are guaranteed to be satisfied with the work. If anything is missed or not up to your expectations, let us know and we will come back to make it right. We are always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Question 7

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

The fastest way is to call us. You can also send the form on our contact page with your name, phone, address, the service you are interested in and a photo of the space if you like. We will get back to you quickly with a free, no-pressure quote based on your needs.

Question 8

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We arrive prepared with the supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you prefer that certain products be used in your home, for example because of allergies or specific surfaces, just let us know during the walk-through and we will accommodate your request.
