About these terms

These terms apply to every cleaning service booked with Dell J Cleaning, a solo, owner-operated cleaning business based in Athens, Georgia. By booking a clean, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, please ask before your appointment.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information you share, such as the size of the space, its condition, the type of cleaning and any photos you send. If the space differs noticeably from what was described when we arrive, the scope or price may be discussed with you before work begins.

A booking is confirmed once a date and time have been agreed directly with the owner. Availability is offered 7 days a week by request, and some services, such as weekend post-construction cleaning, are by appointment only.

Access and preparation

Please make sure the property can be accessed at the scheduled time, whether you are home or have arranged a key or code. Let us know about pets, alarm systems, fragile items or areas you would like left alone.

For post-construction cleaning, the space should be free of active trades work and large debris so cleaning can be completed safely.

What happens on the day

Each visit follows the same steps: arrival at the scheduled time, a walk-through to review any special requests, cleaning of the agreed areas, and a final quality check before leaving. Only the areas and tasks agreed upon are included unless extra work is approved on the day.

Payment

Payment is due when the cleaning is complete, after the final quality check. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book.

Satisfaction and follow-up

Your satisfaction matters. If something was missed or is not right, please get in touch as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, and we will work with you to make it right. We are always willing to go the extra mile.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Plans change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to another client.

Care of your property

Every clean is carried out with care. Please point out delicate surfaces, valuables or items that need special handling before cleaning begins. If you notice any concern after a visit, tell us right away so it can be looked into.

Photos and personal information

Details and photos you send through the website form are used only to prepare your quote and contact you about your request. They are not sold or shared for marketing.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after it is posted.
